3 (1). From time to time interaction with this site will be offered; this may take the form of downloading information personal to the author, or will be a poll, or even be an opportunity to to post a comment to the site.
Polls do not require personal information so none will be asked for. Comments however do require personal information which will be used solely for publication of comments and, if the author wishes, to reference the commentator in future work in accordance with clauses 1 and 2 of these conditions.
3 (2) (a). Downloads from the download centre if presented on the front page will not require personal data so non shall be asked for.
(b). Downloads from the download centre which do not appear on the front page will require you to login, for which personal information shall be asked for.
(c). Uploads to the download centre will require a personal login for which personal information shall be gathered.
4. In accordance with clause 3 (1) above, should a commentator not wish for his details to be kept or used, he should notify the author in his comments.
5 (1). Under no circumstances will the author contact other users of this site unless he has already been contacted and he is merely in continuous contact with the user.
5 (2). If a user receives any contact from this website when he is not already in continuous contact (for example, a "one off") and the author does not formally address the user, the user should disregard the contact immediately.
6. All work published to and as a part of this site remains the copyright of the author unless otherwise stated. Should a third party publish material to the site, the copyright to the material shall remain with the third party unless otherwise stated.
7. Under no circumstances should copyrighted work be used for any purpose without prior written consent of the author. Any photographic work used for personal purposes can be used as long as acknowledgement of the work is placed with the work.
