Poor Housing

Are you suffering from poor housing, does your landlord/letting agency expect you to live in conditions of damp or without heating?

If any of the images below are similar to the conditions you are expected to live in, help could be at hand.

The carpet is clearly beginning to decompose And again in this image Dirt cleverly hidden under a bed on first inspection Again from a different angle

Mould on the bathroom ceiling could cause breathing problems. Clearly a total lack of care by the landlord. A rusty radiator pipe causing water to leak on the carpet hence the mould. More mould around the sink, the carpet is also heavily soiled.

Mould & mildew on an external wall. The vent (pictured) is clearly failing The mould increases further down the wall The extent of the mould reaches over the back door And into the bathroom where it has began to cover the lights switch

Mould on the front external wall. A bush has grown below the windows causing damp. The damp has allowed mould to grow which can cause allergies. Mould developing next to an upstairs window - more signs of neglect. The springs in this mattress were damaged. Ground in dirt can clearly be seen.

Are any of these images familiar to you, does your landlord expect you to live in such a mess? I may be able to help you. I graduated in law with honours in 2007, and having had such problems with landlords and letting agencies in the past (those images are from a house I was expected to move in to), I offer pro bono advice in the fields of land, consumer, contract and personal injury.

Mail me here giving details of the property, your name - it will never be revealed to the landlord and all of the problems. Photographic evidence would be very useful.
